What started as a love for authentic Southern-style BBQ has grown into a full-flavored operation with a food truck, smoker trailer, and our brand-new café at 186 Napa Street in Eagle Point. Whether we’re serving at festivals, catering special occasions, or welcoming guests into our café, our mission is the same: to share wood-smoked barbecue made with heart.

Our Food Truck and Smoker Trailer bring the smoke wherever the community gathers — from festivals and fundraisers to private parties and pop-ups across Southern Oregon. On the menu you’ll always find our signature slow-smoked brisket, ribs, Texas Twinkies, and comfort-food sides. Want to know where we’ll roll up next? At the Café, we’re serving up something new: quick breakfast and lunch bites to fuel your day, plus our classic dinner menu for when you’re craving true smokehouse comfort. And because barbecue is meant to bring people together, we’ll soon host events, tastings, and community gatherings right here in Eagle Point.

Our team — Chef Shannon, Terry, Kayla, and Ian — bring passion, humor, and just the right touch of pedigree to the pit. Chef Shannon, a classically trained chef featured on the Cooking Channel and Food Network, leads the charge with creative spins on Southern staples. Terry, Kayla, and Ian round out the crew with their love for people, food, and community.

We’re not just about barbecue — we’re about giving back. From school supply drives to local charity events, we’re proud to be a small business with a big heart.

She has been featured on the Cooking Channel and the Food Network.  Co-owner Terry, has a passion for people and local small business. Our BBQ Style

At Rolling Smoke BBQ Food Truck, we specialize in Southern-style BBQ. Which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over Apple and Hickory wood for 12 to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside.
